ICH Services provides professional mobile notary and loan signing services throughout Northern Indiana. We work with individuals, as well as mortgage and title companies, to ensure important documents are handled accurately, efficiently, and with care.

Wendy Ford is a commissioned Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent, proudly serving Northern Indiana since December 2024.

She is a member of the National Notary Association (NNA) and is fully insured, bonded, and covered by Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance.

Wendy works directly with mortgage and title companies, as well as individuals, providing reliable service for loan signings, real estate documents, and general notary needs.
